Cuetile: Smart, Intuitive To-Do List App

Cuetile uses automatic cues which are similar to alerts or notifications. You’ll never have to waste time searching for a task again. Cuetile’s intuitive design finds the best time and place for you to accomplish your tasks. Reaching deadlines, returning calls, picking up groceries and more has become a whole lot easier.

With Cuetile’s Tiles, you can now visually arrange, organize and prioritize your day in a way that makes the most sense to you and that is easy to view at a quick glance.

Cuetile uses 4 colors to define each tasks:
Green – "CONNECT" - connect with other people via phone, text or email (i.e. "call Michael")
Blue – "GET" - similar to a shopping list, add anything you need to buy or get (i.e. "buy milk)".
Red – "DO" - anything you need to do from projects to paying bills to sending files (i.e. "send Jessica file").
Yellow – "DISCOVER" - anything from taking notes to searching for things on the internet (i.e. "search hammock").

Create a Tile Task in 3 Easy Steps:
Choose your task color: Green (Connect), Blue (Get), Red (Do) or Yellow (Discover)
Write the task subject i.e. "Call Michael"
Optional: add description or photo
Optional: add manual reminders as time or location
Press on “Create Tile”

Congratulations! You’ve just created your new task tile. What’s next? Move the tiles around and plan your day by stacking tiles together. Tip: Create a “power-tower” of 4 tiles. This proven method helps you accomplish tasks with greater ease and efficiency.

Start of your day with plenty of task tiles and arrange them into power-towers. Throughout the day, accomplish, postpone (to any future date), or delegate (to a family or friend) your task tiles. At the end of the day, feel a sense of great accomplishment when you’re left with a clean screen. What’s the best part about using Cuetile? You’ll be rewarded with more quiet evenings at home and more time to spend with loved ones. Oh and don’t worry, we got you covered. Tasks that you’ve postponed to tomorrow will reappear in your Cuetile screen the next morning.

While driving, the app will remind you of all your “Connect” tasks, so you’ll never miss an important call again. Shopping in a mall, grocery store, pharmacy or more? Say goodbye to old-fashioned shopping lists! Cuetile automatically compiles a list of “Get” tasks and sends you a reminder of the items you need to get which are available right where you are. Amazing huh?!?! Never forget to pick up milk again or have to go back to the same store twice!
